In allocation of accounts of the State Cabinet


- Pawar group has finance, cooperation, food and civil supply accounts
Mumbai, Dt. 14: Chief Minister Eknath Shinde today announced the much awaited portfolio allocation along with portfolio allocation of newly appointed ministers in the state cabinet by making some changes in the portfolios of existing ministers as well. In spite of opposition from Shiv Sena Shinde group, Ajit Pawar was given the responsibility of finance department. From this it is clear that the Shinde group has lost weight.
Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has the portfolios of General Administration, Urban Development, Information and Technology, Information and Public Relations, Transport, Social Justice, Environment and Climate Change, Mining and any other unallocated portfolio.
Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will hold the portfolios of Home, Law and Justice, Water Resources and Beneficial Sector Development, Energy, Royal Etiquette.
Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar will hold the Finance and Planning portfolio.
