All financial transactions of the Officers Club are cashless -Prajakta Lavangare
Nagpur, dt. 28: Control and planning of Officers Club is being done as per prescribed instructions. The ex-officio president of this club is the Divisional Commissioner. As all the facilities available in the Officers Club are paid, all the members of the club as well as the citizens should transact in cashless or by check without any financial cash transaction, appealed Mrs. Prajakta Lavangare-Verma, Divisional Commissioner and President of the Officers Club.
The Officers Club is registered with the Charity Commissioner and is functioning as per the directions of the Government. There are various facilities available for members. There is an annual charge for the use of all these facilities. The club also has a lawn, a banquet hall and a restaurant. Rates have been fixed for this facility. It has been observed that direct financial transactions with the club are done in cash by the members. From now on, all financial transactions should be done by check or cashless method. The Officers Club will no longer be responsible for cash transactions. The divisional commissioner has appealed to the management to contact the club if they have any objections regarding the financial transactions of the club.
