Aryan Khan's stay in the NCB cell was extended by two days

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan has been in the custody of the NCB since Saturday, October 2 on charges of having a drug party on a cruise. Aryan was produced in a Mumbai court today as his remand was coming to an end. Aryan's lawyers had once again filed a bail petition. But the NCB has asked for custody till October 11. Meanwhile, the court has remanded the accused in custody till October 9.

The court said further investigation was needed in the case. Based on the investigation, the court clarified during the hearing that custody was necessary considering the seriousness of the crime. The custody of Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Moonmoon Dhamecha is also coming to an end in this drug case. All three were produced in court in the afternoon. Arbaaz Merchant's lawyer had filed a bail application in the court. In addition, the lawyers have filed a second petition, which raises questions about the NCB's investigation.
In court, Aryan's lawyer Satish Manshinde expressed his displeasure. According to Aryan's statement, he was arrested and taken into custody from the gate. He has no complaints against the authorities. On the first day in this case, I had immediately agreed to remand. Thought there would be some development in the investigation. But apart from a few arrests, nothing more happened in this case. Yesterday, when it happened to Archit Kumar, he had to check that Merchand and Khan had a relationship. However, Manshinde defended Aryan in court.
