Nagpur, dt. Jaripatka police had arrested three accused for blackmailing Remedicivir injection. He was taken into custody for two days.
 Remedicivir injection sales are being black marketed in Jaripatka area. Sub-inspector Devkate and his staff, led by senior police inspector Nitin Phatangare of Jaripatka police station, set a trap on this information. Vikas alias Vivek Laxmanrao Dhokne Patil, 34, Dhanda Pharma Distributor and Crime Reporter (Maharashtra News 7), resident of Martin Nagar, was caught red-handed while selling remedicivir injection at a higher price than the original price. Plot No. 1, Archer Crown, Manish Nagar Nagpur, Aman Jitendra Shinde, 21 years old, Model Mill Chowk, Nagpur and Ishwar alias Bittu Mukesh Mandal, 28 years old. Martin Nagar, Nagpur. Police recovered four Remedicivir injections from three different companies, cash amounting to Rs 13,000 / -, a four-wheeler, a wrist watch, four mobile phones and a moped worth Rs 6,55,500 / -. Items were confiscated

Sections 420,188, 34 Bhadavi on the accused. With Appendix 26 Drug Price Control Order 2013, six Sections 37 Essential Commodities Act 1955 Sections 18, 27 2 and Cosmetics Act 1940 and Rules 1954 have been filed. The arrest shocked the black marketeers.
