CBI raids Anil Deshmukh's house again


Nagpur, dt. 11 - Former Home Minister Anil Deshmukh's house in Nagpur is raided again by the Central Criminal Investigation Department. Sabi's team had come with an arrest warrant.
Anil Deshmukh has been missing for the past few months. A lookout notice was also issued against Anil Deshmukh for not appearing for questioning despite repeated summons. After that, the income tax department also raided Anil Deshmukh's house. Now a CBI team has arrived at Deshmukh's house. A total of five CBI officials reached Deshmukh's house. However, Anil Deshmukh is not even at his home in Nagpur. After the CBI team reached Deshmukh's Nagpur home, the NCP leaders became aggressive. NCP leaders and activists staged agitation in front of Deshmukh's house. He also chanted slogans against the central government.
Meanwhile, the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate's Court on Friday took cognizance of the application of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) seeking legal action against former Home Minister Anil Deshmukh for not appearing for questioning despite repeated summons.
