Central Reserve Police Force cycle rally leaves for Kevadia
Nagpur, dt. 16: On the occasion of 'Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav', the bicycle rally of the Central Reserve Police Force, which started from Gadchiroli to Kevadia, left Nagpur for the next journey. Mayor Dayashankar Tiwari flagged off the rally at the CRPF's Nagpur Center ATC ground.
Deputy Inspector General of Central Reserve Police Force Prashant Jambolkar and Deputy Inspector General Santosh Mishra were present.
The CRPF has organized a cycle rally from Gadchiroli to Kevadia in Gujarat under the 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' initiative. The rally will reach the Statue of Unity at Kevadia on October 31, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel's birthday. The message for national unity will be conveyed by the members of the rally. CRPF jawans, women's battalion as well as Kendriya Vidyalaya students performed dances and demonstrations on various patriotic songs.
The planning of the rally organized by the Central Reserve Police Force on the occasion of 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' is commendable. Through this, the message of national unity will reach the people, said Mayor Tiwari.
