Complaints can be made against unreasonable charges - Divisional Committee

Nagpur, dt. 13: In order to control the arbitrary collection of fees even when schools are closed during the Corona period, the government has set up State Level Review Committees and Divisional Fee Regulatory Committees for fee regulation. Parents can lodge a complaint against the fee hike with the Nagpur Divisional Fee Regulatory Committee, said Deputy Director of Education, Dr. Reported by Vaishali Jamdar.
The Department of Education had on June 7 issued notifications setting up divisional regulatory committees in Nagpur, Mumbai, Pune, Nashik and Aurangabad, noting the arbitrary charging of fees by private schools.
 Retired District Judge V.S. T. Suryavanshi was selected. The ex-officio secretary of the committee is Dr. Responsibility has been handed over to Vaishali Jamdar. The members are the Chairman of the Divisional Board of Education. Chartered Accountant Akshay Gulhane and Retired Director of Education Chandramani Borkar are members of the committee.
