Department Nodal Officer Appointed for Proper Distribution of ‘Amphotericin’ and ‘Tosilizumab’ Drugs

Mumbai: Demand for amphotericin and tocilizumab injections increased significantly during the Covid-19 period. In order to ensure proper distribution of these drugs, Hon. Was granted by the High Court. Accordingly, the Food and Drug Administration has appointed the following nodal officers.

Review Committee formed under Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Fees Regulation) Act under the chairmanship of former Justice
Mumbai: A review committee has been constituted under the Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Fees Regulation) Act under the chairmanship of former High Court Justice Shri AM Dhawale and a chartered accountant and a retired director of education have been appointed as members of the review committee. Besides, the formation of review committee has been completed and divisional fee regulatory committees have also been constituted for five divisions namely Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, Aurangabad, a circular issued by the school education department said.

 
The notifications of the constituted Review Committee and Divisional Fee Regulatory Committees have been published in the Government Gazette of Maharashtra. The ex-officio member secretaries of all the committees have been instructed to start the work of the committees immediately.
