Enough Fertilizer available ffor kharif season
Nagpur dt. 23: The kharif season has started and at present all the chemical fertilizers in the state together amount to 18 lakh 20 thousand 730 m. Tons. There is so much manure. There will be no shortage of fertilizers in June, the agriculture commissioner's office said.
The kharif season is a very important season. Chemical fertilizers are an important ingredient in agriculture. Farmers are currently in the process of buying fertilizers.
In the state today urea 4 lakh 18 thousand 410 m. Tons, DAP 1 lakh 230 m. Tons, MOP 1 lakh 45 thousand 130 MT, combined fertilizer 7 lakh 34 thousand 790 MT. Tons, SSP 4 lakh 22 thousand 170 m. Tons of manure is available.
Farmers should not worry about the availability of manure as the state government is sanctioning adequate manure stocks every month. Do not stockpile manure for no reason. The toll free numbers 8446117500, 8446331750, 8446221750 and 18002334000 have been made available at the state level for raising the issue of availability of seeds and fertilizers in each district.
Agriculture Commissioner Dheeraj Kumar appealed to the farmers to contact the agriculture department regarding various issues.
