Raja Raghuvanshi Murder Case
Sonam pretended to be tired, walked slowly, and suddenly shouted, 'Kill him'
Raja Raghuvanshi Murder Case: Shocking information has come to light in the murder case of businessman Raja Raghuvanshi from Indore. In just five days, Raja was murdered during a meeting at a cafe and a one-way honeymoon trip to Meghalaya. Raja's wife Sonam and her lover Raj Kushwaha are alleged to be involved in this conspiracy. Raj had hired three of his friends as 'contract killers'.
Five days after Raja and Sonam's wedding, Raj called his childhood friends Anand Kumari (23), Akash Rajput (19) and Vishal Singh Chauhan (22) to a cafe in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. There, a conspiracy was hatched to kill Raja. According to sources, Raj lured them to do this act by luring them with money.
On May 20, Raja and Sonam left for Meghalaya for their honeymoon. They had only a one-way ticket and three killers were on their trail. Sources said that Raj had first sent his friends to Guwahati on May 20, where they ordered an axe online. From there, they went to Shillong and stayed at a hotel near Sonam and Raja's homestay.
Meanwhile, the newlyweds had been trekking in the scenic mountains of Meghalaya for three days. But on May 23, Sonam took Raja to a hilly area on the pretext of a photoshoot. The three accused were also on their trail and initially tried to speak to Raja in Hindi. Eventually, Sonam pretended to be tired and started following her husband and the killers.
When all five reached a secluded place, Sonam looked at the killers and shouted, "Kill him," sources said.
Sonam's boyfriend Raj was not present at the scene of the entire plot. He had not gone to Meghalaya, but according to Shillong police sources, he had planned behind the scenes and was in touch with Sonam.
Sonam claims to have been 'drugged'
Amitabh Yash, Additional Director General of Police (Law and Order) of Uttar Pradesh Police, made several shocking revelations about the case. This included Sonam's claim that 'I was drugged and brought to Ghazipur', which was Sonam's attempt to portray herself as a victim.
'Sonam presented herself as a victim before the police, 'I was drugged and brought to Ghazipur,' she claimed. Knowing that the police would be able to reach her, she informed her family about this. At 3 am on Monday, she told her family that she was at a dhaba on the Ghazipur-Varanasi road. Her family immediately contacted the Madhya Pradesh police.
