TOKYO: India, who won one silver and three bronze medals, were looking for a gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics. Ravi Kumar Dahiya's final match in the men's 57kg freestyle was against Russian Olympic Committee's Javur Yuguyev, but Yuguev used his experience to win the match 7-4. Ravi, meanwhile, had to settle for a silver medal, adding another to India's tally. Ravi had advanced to the semi-finals by defeating Sanayev Nurislam of Kazakhstan. Ravi got this victory through the fall rule. That is, he had thrown Noorislam out of the match.
