Sachin Waze's request for home arrest was rejected by the court

Sachin Waze, a former police officer in the Mumbai Police Department, has undergone heart surgery. T. Wankhede rejected it on Wednesday. Therefore, Sachin Waze will be taken to Taloja Jail again.
Waze is the main accused in the case of keeping an explosive-laden SUV outside the residence of the country's biggest industrialist Mukesh Ambani and killing Mansukh Hiren. He had been suffering from heart disease for a few days and had undergone bypass surgery. His lawyers then filed a petition in the special court last week on behalf of Waze, requesting Waze to stay at home. However, the NI argued in court that he was likely to flee if Waze was allowed to stay at home. The judge has given the above decision.
Waze has been allowed by the court to be served home meals in Taloja jail as well as to go to JJ Hospital when he needs doctor's advice.
