Mayor Dayashankar Tiwari unveiled a 10 feet high mural of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj erected at Bajeria with the funds of Mayor of Nagpur Municipal Corporation.
Mayor Dayashankar Tiwari gave an illustrious history of Shivaji Maharaj by giving examples of his leadership and management skills. He further said that under the leadership of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Swarajya was formed by bringing together all religions and castes. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj took the last person of the society with him and gave him leadership. He conquered the forts under the leadership of his Mavals. The fort was conquered by a soldier named Raiba and the Maharaja named it Raigad. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj realized the concept of nation building by respecting his comrades without any caste discrimination and taking the last class of the society with him. He also said that the fact that every aspect of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's life is taught in management courses today is a testament to his vision and skillful leadership.
