The teachings of the Gita are shown in this very Constitution – Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis
Some people allege that the Constitution of our country is made up of things from the constitutions of 10-12 countries. But it is not so. This is a constitution made entirely on Indian principles, said Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis while speaking in the House today. There was a discussion on the Constitution in the House today. The Chief Minister was speaking while commenting on it.
Speaking further, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that when the discussion on the flag of India was going on in the Constituent Assembly, Radhakrishnan said that unless we follow virtues, we cannot achieve the goal of purity or even reach truth. Ashoka Chakra is the wheel of law and religion. If we want to reach truth, we have to follow the path of religion. Therefore, whoever works under this flag, truth and religion should be the principles of his conduct, Fadnavis also said.
Religion is a dynamic wheel that moves forward continuously. The hardships we faced in the past, due to our resistance to change, have created many challenges for us. If we do not show the courage to move with the times, we will be left behind. Until we abandon caste and untouchability, we cannot pass on the legacy of truth and virtue. This cycle tells us that if we stop at one place, there is death, if the cycle continues to rotate, there is life, Fadnavis said.
