'Came in WagonR and went to Sheeshmahal', Rahul Gandhi targeted Kejriwal

Delhi Election:- Congress leader Rahul Gandhi targeted Arvind Kejriwal fiercely while addressing a public meeting at Hauz Qazi Chowk in Old Delhi on Sunday evening. During this, he said that Arvind Kejriwal came in WagonR and went to Sheeshmahal. During this, Rahul challenged Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal to drink the "smelly water" being provided to the people of Delhi and accused him of making false promises like Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
While addressing a public meeting in support of Congress candidate Haroon Yusuf from Ballimaran, Gandhi said that only he and his party supported those who faced violence during the 2020 Delhi riots and the party will always stand with anyone facing oppression. He also said that the people of the country will have to choose between the ideology of BJP/RSS spreading hatred and violence and the ideology of love and brotherhood of Congress.
Kejriwal challenged to drink water
"There was a fight going on between Narendra Modi and the Congress. When this fight was going on, Arvind Kejriwal came and climbed the electricity pole and claimed that he will bring new politics, end corruption, clean the Yamuna water and Delhi and spread brotherhood," Gandhi said. Showing a bottle of water provided in the national capital, Gandhi said Kejriwal claimed to clean the Yamuna. He challenged the AAP chief to drink a glass of water provided in Delhi and said "we will see you (Kejriwal) in the hospital." Showing the water in the bottle, the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha said it was "stinky". Rahul Gandhi later said in a post on social media platform 'X', "On one hand, the poor people of Delhi are forced to drink dirty water. On the other hand, Kejriwal, who came to power by making false promises, sits in Sheesh Mahal and commits corruption worth crores with his team.''
Also targeted the liquor scam
During the rally, Gandhi said that Kejriwal claims that his politics is for the poor, but there is not a single person from backward and Dalit communities or minority communities (Muslims and Sikhs) in Team Kejriwal. He said, "Kejriwal committed the liquor scam and Manish Sisodia helped him. He formed his team and when there was violence against you, when there were riots in Delhi, only Rahul Gandhi came to you but Kejriwal never went anywhere. Where was Kejriwal then?" Gandhi said, "He (Kejriwal) first came in a small car (WagonR), then climbed the pillar and after getting down, went straight to the 'Sheesh Mahal' with automatic doors and big TV. This is a house worth Rs 45 crore. His new kind of politics was to make false promises. He made false promises like Narendra Modi. The former Congress president claimed that when people need help, the Prime Minister refuses straight away. Kejriwal also has the same thinking but he does not say so directly like Modi.
Whenever you are in trouble, you will find Rahul
Rahul said that the only party and person who will come forward to help people is Congress and Rahul Gandhi. Gandhi claimed, "Whenever you are in trouble, you will find Rahul Gandhi there. You can see my record of the last 20 years. When people were killed in Sambhal, only Rahul Gandhi went there. I will never step back nor will I be afraid of anyone. I will go to protect the Constitution." Targeting the BJP, he said that there is a fight between two ideologies in India, in which on one side is the BJP and its ideological source Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and their hatred, violence and arrogance. On the other side is the Congress and its love, brotherhood, unity, respect and the Constitution.
This is a fight of ideologies
Gandhi said, "This is a fight of ideologies. We want the country to run according to the Constitution, which says that every caste, religion, language should be respected and protected, but the BJP says '400 cross' and 'we will change the Constitution'. But I want to tell you that the Congress will never allow the Constitution to be changed." He said the Constitution protects the poor, farmers, labourers, backward classes and minorities. "Without this book, there will be nothing left for the poor and the weak in the country," Gandhi said. The Congress leader said, "This is not our political fight but a fight of hearts. This country is not of hatred but of love and brotherhood." Gandhi said wherever the BJP spreads hatred, the Congress will open not one but many shops to spread love there.
The country will remember Gandhi, not Godse
Rahul said, "Violence and hatred can be countered not with hatred but with love. This is our and the country's ideology. Modi lies and tries to divide people. They make people fight among themselves, brother against brother, one caste against another and finally snatch your property and hand it over to billionaires like Adani. This is their system. Rahul Gandhi said that this fight is between 'hate and love', 'violence and non-violence' and 'truth and untruth'. He said that all great men have fought for the truth. Mahatma Gandhi will be remembered even after 500 years, but no one will remember Modi. Gandhi said, "Narendra Modi is the Prime Minister.
