“Modi Rescued the Nation from Crisis; Rahul Gandhi Misled the Public” – CM Fadnavis
Guwahati/Dibrugarh: During his campaign tour for the Assam Assembly elections, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis heaped praise on the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. At the same time, he launched a scathing attack on the Congress party and Rahul Gandhi. Fadnavis stated that the people of Assam stand firmly behind Prime Minister Modi and Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. Consequently, he expressed confidence that the BJP would secure a resounding victory in Assam.
Interacting with the media in Assam, Fadnavis remarked, “Prime Minister Modi has steered the nation out of crisis. There are absolutely no concerns regarding fuel shortages or gas supplies within the country. While neighboring Asian and European nations are grappling with difficulties due to war, lockdowns, and reduced working days, India faces no such situation. Not for a single day was a shortage of petrol or diesel allowed to occur, and the gas supply chain was maintained without disruption. Such exemplary management is a rare sight.”
Fadnavis further added that Prime Minister Modi harbors a deep and special concern for the poor and those at the grassroots level of society. He has taken numerous decisions that no one had dared to take before. “The situation in Assam has undergone a massive transformation. The slogan ‘A for Assam’ has not remained merely a slogan; Prime Minister Modi has turned it into a living reality,” he asserted.
Criticizing the Congress and Rahul Gandhi, Fadnavis stated, “Despite the availability of adequate fuel reserves, the Congress and Rahul Gandhi deliberately created panic among the public by forcing people to stand in queues. Misleading the public during a crisis is utterly reprehensible. The Congress has betrayed the trust of the people and is now failing miserably to instill any sense of confidence among them.”
