Welcoming the delegation at the start of the meeting, India's External Affairs Minister S. Sugiono's Statement
Sugiono stated that this meeting, held after 2022, would allow for a review of the progress in cooperation between the two countries and discussions on pending issues. He further remarked, "Given Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Jakarta, I hope this meeting will be successful and yield positive results. I express my gratitude for the excellent hospitality extended to me and my delegation. I was in Delhi just a few weeks ago, and I am always looking for an excuse to return here."
