17 lakh state government employees will lose their power immediately!

Mumbai, Monday: If you work in a government office, news is as important for you as it is for you. A total of 17 lakh state government employees in the state have announced premature retirement. The meeting of the State Government Employees Association Working Committee was held today in Mumbai. Or the state government employees have taken aggressive stance in the meeting. A decision was taken in the meeting to go to Sampawar without any reason from 29th August. Vishwas Katkar, chief convener of the State Government Employees Organization Action Committee, gave information in this regard. The issue of giving new pension like Junya Pension to the state government employees has been called upon.
Since August 29, the untimely settlement is scheduled for March 2023. The state government has not experienced any past or future inspiration for the 7-day strike of 17 lakh government employees-teachers. Taking a positive view of the intense movement, the state government held a long discussion with the employee teachers' coordination committee. At that time, the Chief Minister himself would have agreed with what he had written, “Economic and social security will be provided to employees and teachers on the lines of Junya Pension”. After that, as no positive progressive action was seen in this regard till December 2023, the staff-teachers again announced immediate termination from December 14, 2023. According to the discussions held again with the state government in the background of the Sadar Sampa movement, the then budget session announced the “Reformed National Retirement Salary Scheme”. But again like “Yere Mere Magalya”, till date the government has not yet passed any government decision or notification regarding the reformed pension. Due to this, about eight and a half lakh concerned employees and teachers in the state are dissatisfied. They are worried about the future of the reformed pension.
Also give gratuity as per the Centre, get retirement pay/compartmentalization restored after 12 years, implement the 1982 June Retirement Salary Scheme for the employees/teachers who started the recruitment process through advertisement/notification on 1 November 2005 as per the Centre, increase the retirement age to 60, fill up 40 per cent of the vacant posts in various cadres. Chief Secretary, regarding such pending demands, fill up the tenure-track appointments, give appointments on compassionate grounds without any reason, regularize the services of contractual employees, organize a special discussion session to resolve the queries of teachers and non-teaching staff in the education department, reconsider the new teaching policy, and give justice to the employees of the health department. By organizing discussion sessions at the government level, undoubted assurances would have been given that government decisions would be passed. Or isn't it the beauty of the purity of the promise of assurance? Such a feeling has arisen in the minds of employee teachers in the state.
