38-year-old man attempts self-immolation outside Vidhan Bhavan

Mumbai: A shocking incident took place in the Vidhan Bhavan area during the Maharashtra Budget Session in Mumbai. A 38-year-old man tried to self-immolate by pouring kerosene on himself. However, due to the vigilance of the police, this attempt was foiled in time and a major accident was averted.
