7 people including a couple and their two daughters were burnt alive

Fatehpur. A speeding car collided with a truck on the Churu-Salasar State Highway. After the accident, the car and truck caught fire. Seven people, including the couple traveling in the car and their two daughters, were burnt alive in the fire. The accident happened at 2:30 pm on Sunday in Fatehpur, Sikar. There was a gas kit in the car and the truck was filled with medical cotton.
According to the police, those who died include Neelam Goyal (55) wife Mukesh Goyal, Ashutosh Goyal (35) son Mukesh Goyal resident of Sharda Road Meerut, Manju Bindal (58) wife Narendra Bindal, Hardik Bindal (37) son Narendra, Swati Bindal (32). Wife Hardik, Deeksha (7), daughter Hardik and Deeksha's 4 year old sister. The accident happened 200 meters after climbing Ashirwad Pulia. The car collided with the truck moving ahead from behind. The family traveling in the car was a resident of Meerut, UP.
Fatehpur Kotwali SHO Subhash Bijarania said that after receiving information about the accident, fire brigade vehicles were called from Fatehpur, Ramgarh and Laxmangarh. The fire in the car was brought under control in about half an hour. The fire in the truck was brought under control around 4 pm.
