80th Independence Day Celebrated with Enthusiasm at Patrakar Bhavan

Nagpur (August 16): On August 15, the 80th Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and a patriotic spirit at Patrakar Bhavan, organized jointly by the Tilak Patrakar Bhavan Trust and the Nagpur Shramik Patrakar Sangh. The national flag was hoisted in the presence of dignitaries. Following the flag-hoisting ceremony, the journalists and office-bearers present paid tribute to the national flag and honored the freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives for the country's independence. Attendees included Shirish Borkar (Secretary, Tilak Patrakar Bhavan Trust), Anupam Soni (Secretary, Nagpur Shramik Patrakar Sangh), and Prabhakar Dupare (Vice-President, Trust), along with Trust board members Vinod Deshmukh, Vivek Puradbhat, and Mahesh Updev. Also present were Nagpur Shramik Patrakar Sangh members Paritosh Pramanik and Anand Mohril; Trust life members Shyamkant Patrikar, Suresh Kanojia, and Chandrakant Anekar; and other fellow journalists. The atmosphere at the Patrakar Bhavan premises was filled with patriotic fervor and enthusiasm, with attendees exchanging Independence Day greetings.
