Abhijit Dipke’s reaction to the Shiv Sena-BJP rift: ‘No need to fear a 30-year-old’

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: Abhijit Dipke, founder of the ‘Cockroach Janata Party,’ has clarified his stance regarding the internal rift between the Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) and the BJP. A war of words had erupted between the two parties after Shiv Sena leaders met him. Speaking on this matter, Abhijit Dipke said:
“There is no need to fear a 30-year-old. The Shiv Sena leaders had come merely to offer their best wishes; we did not discuss anything else. They congratulated me for raising issues concerning the youth and students. The BJP has no reason to be afraid of this. They have the ED, CBI, and all such agencies at their disposal; we have nothing.”
‘The Sangh should not lecture us on the Constitution’
While speaking to the media in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Abhijit Dipke was also asked about the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). RSS leader Atul Limaye had termed the protest at Jantar Mantar as anti-national and anti-democratic. Reacting to this, Dipke said:
“Those who assassinated Gandhi and those who opposed Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar throughout their lives should not lecture us on the Constitution.”
RSS Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat has organized an event in Mumbai on August 6 to interact with the Gen-Z and Gen-Alpha generations. When asked about this, Abhijit Dipke said:
“Better late than never—the Sangh now feels the urge to engage with the youth. However, it would be more appropriate if young people interacted with young people. One cannot truly reach the youth unless young, educated faces are brought to the forefront.”
Support for the E-20 protest
The Aam Aadmi Party has launched a protest against E-20 fuel. Speaking on this, Abhijit Dipke noted that E-20 has become a major issue across the country. Many vehicle owners have complained that this fuel is causing vehicle breakdowns. "We support the protests against E-20. This is not an issue concerning any single party," they clarified.
Best wishes to Prashant Kishor
Abhijit Dipke extended his best wishes to Prashant Kishor for defeating the BJP in the Bankipur by-election in Bihar. He remarked, "This is how things should be in a democracy. Prashant Kishor is a leader of the new generation. It is essential for new people to come forward in this manner."
