While pronouncing the punishment, Jathedar Raghbir Singh said that Sukhbir Singh Badal has to do duty outside the clock tower of Sri Darbar Sahib (Golden Temple) due to injury. He will do this duty sitting on a wheelchair. Jathedar said that Sukhbir Badal along with the core committee members and leaders who were cabinet members in the year 2015 will clean the bathrooms from 12 noon to 1 pm on 3 December. After this, he will take a bath and serve in the langar ghar. Also, he will have to sit for an hour and listen to kirtan.

According to the Jathedar, Sukhbir Singh Badal will have a plaque around his neck and a spear in his hand during the punishment. This punishment has been given to him for 2 days. After this, he will wear the sevadar chola and do duty with a spear in his hand for 2 days at Sri Keshgarh Sahib, 2 days at Sri Damdama Sahib Talwandi Sabo, 2 days at Sri Muktsar Sahib and 2 days at Sri Fatehgarh Sahib.

After pronouncing the punishment, the Jathedar said that the resignations of the leaders who have given from the Shiromani Akali Dal party should be accepted in the next 3 days. He reprimanded the rebel leaders and advised them to stay with the Shiromani Akali Dal.
Jathedar Raghubir Singh said that the Shiromani Akali Dal should discuss and make appointments regarding the new committee of the party in the coming time. All this process should be done through election.
