On April 14, banks will be closed in the states of Tripura, West Bengal, Jammu and Kashmir, Arunachal Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Goa, Jharkhand, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Chandigarh, Kerala, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Odisha, Rajasthan, Telangana, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh and Assam.

Banks will remain open in Madhya Pradesh, Nagaland, New Delhi, Chhattisgarh, Meghalaya and Himachal Pradesh. Banks will be closed on the holiday but internet banking and ATM services will remain open as usual.

According to the RBI holiday calendar list, banks will be closed in Tripura, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, West Bengal and Himachal Pradesh on April 15 on account of Bengali New Year Day, Himachal Day and Bohag Bihu. Banks will also be closed on April 18 on account of Good Friday. The next day will be the third Saturday of the month, meaning banks will remain open on April 19.
