Nagpur dt. 03: Annasaheb Patil Economic Backward Development Corporation provides financial assistance to unemployed candidates to start their own business under the scheme of interest refund. However, Assistant Commissioner of Skills Prabhakar Harde has appealed to take advantage of this scheme.
Letters of intent are generated when unemployed candidates submit their applications online on the web portal WWW.Udyog.mahaswamyam.gov.in. If the bank approves the loan proposal of the concerned candidate, the amount of interest is refunded by the corporation to the candidate in the savings account.
The entire system for the Corporation's schemes is online and completely transparent. The benefit of this scheme is given directly to the beneficiaries. It is beneficiary oriented and unless the beneficiary uploads all the information on the web system, no further action of interest can be taken. Individual loan interest repayment scheme through Annasaheb Patil Economic Backward Development Corporation, group loan interest repayment scheme, group project loan scheme with a view to provide financial assistance to young people who want to become entrepreneurs in the economically weaker sections of the district and have such capacity and for which there is no other independent corporation. These three schemes are implemented.
The candidate should be in the age group of 18 to 55 years. The annual income of the family should be less than 8 lakhs.
