Nagpur: The death toll in the horrific blast at SBL Energy Limited in Raulgaon, Nagpur district on March 1 has now reached 23. The heartbreaking toll in the accident has increased with the death of another female worker during treatment on Monday.
27-year-old Seema Dhurve, a female worker, was undergoing treatment by specialist doctors at Orange City Hospital. She had suffered about 70 percent burns in the blast. However, doctors declared her dead on Monday morning. The incident has left her family and the factory workers in mourning.
Meanwhile, 12 injured workers are still battling for their lives at Orange City Hospital after the accident at this explosives and ammunition manufacturing company. They are undergoing urgent treatment by doctors. The administration has started a thorough investigation into the matter and has ordered increased security measures. There is an atmosphere of fear among the workers in the area due to this incident.
