Bengaluru: AI engineer's suicide case reaches Supreme Court
Bangalore:-In the case of suicide of AI engineer in Bengaluru, lawyer Alakh Alok Srivastava has written a letter to the Supreme Court. In this, he has demanded an investigation into the allegations of corruption and harassment against Jaunpur Family Court Judge Atul Subhash. He said that if the Bangalore Police has registered an FIR on the basis of the suicide note, then why action is not being taken against the judge.
In the case of suicide of an AI engineer in Bengaluru, the matter has now reached the Supreme Court. Supreme Court lawyer Alakh Alok Srivastava has written a letter to the Chief Justice of India (CJI) demanding an investigation into the serious allegations in this case. It has been alleged in the letter that he was forced to commit suicide due to corruption, bribery and harassment by Atul Subhash, Principal Judge of Jaunpur Family Court.
Demanding action to investigate these allegations, the lawyer said that if the Bangalore Police has registered an FIR against the accused on the basis of the suicide note, then why can't action be taken against the judge on the same basis? In this case, the lawyer also raised the question that why action is not being taken against the judge, while the Bengaluru police has filed an FIR against the family. He says that there should be an impartial investigation into the case of harassment and corruption by judicial officers.
