Dedication of University to Zero Mile Freedom Park Road - Expenditure of Rs. 464.71 lakhs on 615 meter road

Mayor Tiwari said that despite the completion of the road from Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj University building to Zero Mile Freedom Park near Old Morris College, the dedication was pending due to the work of ‘Bitumen Carpet Coat’ (BC Coat) under Metro’s Zero Mile Station. This route will be a great convenience to the citizens and will reduce the traffic load on the main route. However, due to the work of BC Kot under the metro station, obstacles were being created in this. Considering the convenience of this road to the citizens, this road has been dedicated immediately. The total length of the 18 meter wide road from Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj University building to Zero Mile Freedom Park near Old Morris College is 615 meters excluding the 64 meter road under the metro station. May The road is being constructed by Phoenix Engineering. The road has cost Rs 464.71 lakh. Due to the public dedication of this route, a great facility has been made available to the citizens of Nagpur city.
