Eknath Shinde government should be dismissed

-Shiv Sena (UBT) demands, MP Raut seeks resignation from Home Minister
Shinde government surrounded by law and order after Ghosalkar's death
New Delhi. Shiv Sena (UBT) on Friday demanded the dismissal of the Eknath Shinde government in Maharashtra over the law and order situation. This demand of the party has come at a time when an opposition party leader was shot dead yesterday, while recently another politician was shot inside the police station.
Speaking to reporters in New Delhi, Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut alleged that ruling party MPs and MLAs were threatening policemen.
Raut also targeted Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis and demanded his resignation over the law and order situation. The Rajya Sabha member commented, 'This (double attack) shows the failure of the Home Minister (Fadnavis). Prime Minister Narendra Modi and (Union Home Minister) Amit Shah are responsible for imposing this government on us.
Targeting the Centre, Raut said, 'The Chief Minister should be dismissed and President's rule should be imposed in the state. If you have the courage, dismiss the government.' He claimed that the crime rate in the state has increased since the Eknath Shinde-led government assumed power in June 2022.
