Entire village unites for girls' education; Parents warn government against transfer of ZP teacher!

Akola Teacher News: A potter shapes a pot by shaping it from raw clay. In this way, teachers shape it by seeing the qualities and skills of the children. It is difficult to get such education, forgetting everything and striving only for the future of the children. Any parent feels that these teachers should always be by their children's side. Such a case has come to light from Akola. The entire village has come together due to the transfer of a teacher of the Zilla Parishad Primary School in Telhara taluka of Akola. The villagers are objecting to the transfer of teachers in the only Zilla Parishad school for girls and have warned that this transfer should be withdrawn or else the school will be locked.
The villagers have demanded that the transfer of a teacher of the Zilla Parishad Primary School in Telhara taluka of Akola district be cancelled. Praveen Chincholkar, a teacher in the only girls' Zilla Parishad school, has recently been transferred administratively. However, the villagers are strongly opposing this transfer. There is a strong demand that this transfer should be canceled immediately. The villagers of the village have submitted a representation to the Education Minister, Guardian Minister, MLA and MP in this regard and have warned that the school will be locked if a proper decision is not taken. This is the only girls' school in the village and currently only four teachers are working. Three of them have been transferred administratively. This includes Praveen Chincholkar. This is likely to have a major impact on the education system in the school.
Special focus on girls' education
Chincholkar sir has been working in the school for the last 8 years and has made special efforts for girls' education, the intellectual skills of the girls have increased and the quality of education in the school has improved due to his work style. Currently, English language is of special importance. All transactions are done in English. Apart from this, English conversation provides many job opportunities. Keeping this in mind, Chincholkar sir was taking separate English classes for girls. Many say that we have seen a change in the girls' cognitive abilities in the last few years.
Therefore, the villagers have demanded that their transfer be canceled and they should remain in their original school. In this regard, the villagers have raised their voices in unison and appealed to the administration to reconsider the decision. "If the transfer is not canceled, the villagers will have to lock the school and be forced to close it," they have also warned. In this context, the local administration and the education department are expected to take serious note of this matter. The villagers are strongly demanding that the right decision be taken as soon as possible to ensure the future of the only school in the village and the education of the students.
