Legal battle against Hyderabad Gazetteer decision; Caveats filed in Delhi, Mumbai, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

Beed, September 8, 2025: A petition has been filed challenging the decision taken by the Maharashtra government regarding the Hyderabad Gazetteer. Caveats have been filed in the Supreme Court in Delhi, as well as the High Courts in Mumbai and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar in connection with this petition. Due to this caveat, it will be mandatory to hear the petitioners before taking any unilateral decision on the relevant petition.
