Municipal Corporation's Grievance Redressal Helpline Launched - Register your complaint on toll free number 155304

Nagpur, Date 7: Nagpur Municipal Corporation has launched a grievance redressal helpline for complaints. This grievance redressal helpline was launched by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis at his 'Ramgiri' residence on Friday.
Citizens will now be able to register their complaints through the grievance redressal helpline on the toll free number 155304.
Every call received on the Municipal Grievance Redressal Number will be taken into consideration and the complaint registered will be sent to the concerned department. Apart from this, feedback will also be sought from the citizens, informed the Chief Minister on this occasion by Municipal Commissioner and Administrator Dr. Abhijit Chaudhary.
This facility has been provided by Nagpur Municipal Corporation to speed up the work of resolving various grievances of the citizens of the city.
Nagpur Municipal Corporation has earlier provided the facility of grievance redressal portal and 'My Nagpur' app for registering complaints online. These facilities now also provide the facility to register complaints by calling directly. For this, a team has been deployed at the Shraddhaye Atal Bihari Vajpayee City Operation Center at the Municipal Corporation headquarters.
The Municipal Corporation's complaint redressal helpline will remain open from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm and from Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 8 pm. The Municipal Corporation is appealing to citizens to take advantage of the Municipal Corporation's complaint redressal helpline and register a complaint by giving detailed information about their complaint to the Municipal Corporation employees at 155304.
