No relief for Bachchu Kadu, District Bank disqualification case, what happened in the court?

Amravati: Bachchu Kadu has not received any relief in the disqualification case of the post of Amravati District Bank President. The court has refused to stay the decision of disqualification from the post of president. However, the court has instructed the opposition and the Cooperative Department to file a reply. The court will give a final decision in this case on June 24. A Nashik court had sentenced Bachchu Kadu to one year in prison. As per the rules, the Cooperative Department had disqualified Bachchu Kadu from the post of District Bank President due to the sentence. Bachchu Kadu had challenged this decision in the Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court.
A hearing was held in the High Court today in the court of Justice Pansare. The one-year sentence given to Bachchu Kadu was suspended by the High Court. Therefore, Kadu's lawyers argued in the court that Bachchu Kadu cannot be disqualified from the post of District Bank President. In this case, the complainants of the opposition had filed a caveat in the court. Accordingly, Justice Pansare has given the opportunity to the opposition and the cooperation department to present their views. After hearing the opposition, a decision will be given on June 24 regarding the disqualification of Bachu Kadu from the post of president.
The president of Prahar and former minister of state Bachu Kadu was sentenced to one year of rigorous imprisonment by a special court in Nashik. The divisional registrar (cooperative societies) of Amravati had taken action against Kadu, keeping in mind the provisions of this sentence. He was disqualified from the post of director and president of the District Central Cooperative Bank. After that, there was a stir in the cooperative sector including politics. Kadu had approached the Nagpur bench of the Bombay High Court against this decision.
For the past several years, the group of Bablu Deshmukh, the Congress district president and traditional opponent of Bachu Kadu from the Achalpur constituency, has dominated the Amravati District Central Cooperative Bank. However, Eknath Shinde became the Chief Minister after overthrowing the Mahavikas Aghadi government in the state. At the same time, a few days later, Bachu Kadu undermined the Congress' power in the District Bank. After defeating the directors of the opposition group, Kadu took power in the District Bank and took the post of President for himself. Since then, there has been a tussle between the ruling party and the opposition in the Amravati District Central Cooperative Bank. The opposition is making every effort to put Bachu Kadu in trouble in the bank. In the meantime, an old case of Bachu Kadu came into the hands of the opposition.
