New Delhi. India has now made preparations to destroy Khalistani terrorists along with Pakistani terrorists. In its first phase, terrorists sitting abroad have been identified and their coming to India has been banned. Now there is full preparation to confiscate their properties also.
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has started action by seizing the property of Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu. The investigating agency has seized terrorist Pannu's property located in Chandigarh and Amritsar on Saturday itself.
19 terrorists identified
On the orders of the Home Ministry, 19 Khalistani terrorists have been identified in America, Canada, Pakistan, Australia, UAE and Britain. Now these terrorists can never come to India. The Home Ministry has issued instructions to cancel the Indian Overseas Citizen Cards to identify Khalistani terrorists living in these countries and prevent them from coming to India. Along with this, marking has started to confiscate their property. The property of these terrorists will be confiscated under Section 33(5) of UA(P).

The names of Gaurav Patyal Lucky and Anmol Bishnoi are also included in this. Both are believed to be in America.

The Indian government had declared Pannun a terrorist on 1 July 2020. Pannun instigates Khalistan state to Punjabi gangsters and youth active on social media. On July 10, 2019, its organization SFJ was declared an 'unlawful association'. The NIA investigation found that Pannun was the 'main operator and controller of SFJ'. His organization Sikhs for Justice was instigating innocent youth to become radicals and terrorists.
