Russia threatens Ukraine by firing 'empty' ballistic missile

Moscow: The Russia-Ukraine war is once again taking a dangerous turn. Kiev has claimed that intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) have been fired by Russia. However, it did not have a nuclear charge, Russia has fired an empty missile. But this is being seen as a strong message from Russia to Ukraine and Western countries including the US supporting it.
Recently, the US had decided to send anti-personnel landmines to Ukraine. After which Russia has also changed its rules of nuclear war. According to this rule, Russia can use nuclear weapons against any non-nuclear power as well, if they have the support of a nuclear power. This was the second major step of the Biden administration in the last few days to help Kiev in the war against Russia. Earlier, Washington had allowed Ukraine to use long-range US missiles within Russia.
For the first time in this war, Russia has used intercontinental ballistic missile, which is considered very dangerous.
Russia's denial
Russia has rejected Ukraine's allegations on the intercontinental ballistic missile attack case. When asked whether Moscow fired the missile, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that he has nothing to say on this subject.
