Saif returned smiling from the hospital after 6 days, security increased at home, net and CCTV cameras installed in the balcony

Mumbai: Actor Saif Ali Khan, who was injured in an attack by an intruder in his house in Bandra, Mumbai, was discharged from the hospital on Tuesday, five days after the incident. His wife Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan reached Lilavati Hospital to bring Saif home. Saif left for home with his family at around 4:45 pm. Saif was seen smiling while sitting in the front seat of a black car. Doctors have suggested that he needs to rest for a few more days to recover completely. Security has also been increased at Saif's house. The intruder stabbed the actor (54) several times with a knife on the night of January 15. He was injured at several places, due to which he underwent emergency surgery in the hospital.
Doctors had earlier said that Khan had wounds at three places on his body. He had two injuries on his hand and one on the right side of his neck and the deepest wound was on his back, which was in the spine. A two-and-a-half inch piece of knife was stuck in his back. It was removed through surgery. Khan's condition gradually improved and on January 17, he was transferred from the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to a special room.
Security increased at Saif's house, mesh also installed
Security of Saif Ali Khan's house has been increased. The floor duct of the actor's house has been packed with mesh. Along with this, CCTV cameras have also been installed. All AC duct areas on the 12th floor of the building in which Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan live with their children Jeh and Taimur have been sealed with mesh screens. Let us tell you that on Sunday, the police arrested Bangladeshi citizen Shariful Islam Shahzad Mohammad Rohilla Amin Fakir (30) from neighboring Thane city in connection with the knife attack incident. He has been sent on 5-day remand. To get to the bottom of the matter, the police also recreated the scene at Saif Ali Khan's house on Tuesday morning.
