Delhi Police has added IPC section for destruction of evidence and giving false information against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's aide Vibhav Kumar in the case related to the attack on AAP MP Swati Maliwal. Kumar is accused of attacking Maliwal at the Chief Minister's official residence on May 13. Kumar was arrested on May 18 and is currently lodged in Tihar Jail.
