New Delhi. In the Porsche car hit and run case that took place in Pune, Maharashtra, the police took major action on Tuesday and arrested the father and pub owner of the accused minor. This arrest has been made after the uproar and anger on social media after the incident. Earlier, the Juvenile Justice Board had granted bail to the accused minor with 4 conditions after 15 hours of custody. Many questions were raised on this bail.
Pune Police is now preparing to register a case against the accused under the Juvenile Justice Act 2015. This law was made after the Nirbhaya case of Delhi and under it, even minor accused in heinous crimes can be tried like adults.
This is not the first case. National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) data shows that in recent times many such crimes have taken place in which minors were involved. Many such heinous crimes also took place in which minors were involved.
The minor did the most brutality with Nirbhaya.
The culprits of Nirbhaya were punished for their actions, but one convict was saved because he was a minor. Despite inflicting maximum cruelty on Nirbhaya, he had to leave her because he was a minor at that time. Since he was a minor at the time of the incident, he was sentenced to only 3 years by the Juvenile Court.
In this case, it was revealed that this minor had called Nirbhaya and her friend and made them sit in the bus. Allegations also continued to be made that this same culprit had done the most brutality to Nirbhaya. This incident happened on 16 December 2012.
Ryan school case was surprising
On September 8, 2017, such an incident came to light in a school in Gurugram, adjacent to Delhi, which surprised everyone. The body of a student studying in class II was found in the toilet of Ryan International School, Gurugram. Initially the point of suspicion of this murder was on the bus conductor of the school, but later it was revealed that the same student of the school had killed another student by slitting his throat.

Pune. The 17-year-old boy who crushed two motorcycle-riding IT professionals with his luxury Porsche car in Pune will not get a driving license until he turns 25. Maharashtra Transport Commissioner Vivek Bhimanwar gave this information. Moreover, the permanent registration of this Porsche car involved in the accident was also pending since March as the owner had not paid the fee of Rs 1,758.
