Now on this case on Wednesday (27 November), Mr. Judicial and Civil Judge Number Two Judge Manmohan Chandel has issued notices to the defendant. The plaintiff, Delhi resident Hindu Rashtra Sena President Vishnu Gupta had filed a petition two months ago through advocates Ishwar Singh and Ramswaroop Vishnoi regarding the removal of the alleged unauthorized occupation of the Dargah Committee. The deficiencies were completed by the plaintiff side. Objections had been raised in the court's check report regarding the jurisdiction and sometimes filing the case in Hindi instead of English. In the last hearing, the plaintiff, Hindu Sena's national president Vishnu Gupta, was asked to present the original plaint in English and then to present the translation of the claim in Hindi. The court also asked for the documents related to the case along with affidavits. While orders were also given to fill and submit the notice form to be issued to the defendant. These deficiencies were fulfilled by the plaintiff side.
