The deficiencies were completed by the plaintiff side. Objections had been raised in the court's check report regarding the jurisdiction and sometimes filing the case in Hindi instead of English. In the last hearing, the plaintiff, Hindu Sena's national president Vishnu Gupta, was asked to present the original plaint in English and then to present the translation of the claim in Hindi.
