Maharashtra Budget: Former Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has criticized the very first budget presented by the Shinde-Fadnavis government in very harsh words. Uddhav Thackeray has said that today's budget is a carrot-and-stick budget.
Devendra Fadnavis in the Legislative Assembly and Deepak Kesarkar in the Legislative Council presented the first budget of the Shinde government.
