Mumbai:: Everyone has the right to protest in a democratic manner. However, no one should act outside the framework of the law, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has expressed his clear opinion. Maratha leader Manoj Jarange-Patil has given the slogan 'Chalo Mumbai' to demand that Marathas be given reservation from the OBC quota along with their relatives.
