Why was the lecturer suspended in the Article 370 case?

The CJI asked the government, why was the action taken only after appearing in the court?
New Delhi. The Supreme Court on Monday directed the Centre's top law officer to speak to Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and find out whether a lecturer in the Union Territory's education department should be appointed to argue against the abrogation of Article 370. Why was he suspended only a few days after appearing in court? Was this suspension linked to appearance before the court? Kapil Sibal brought this suspension to the notice of the court. He said that he came here and argued for a few minutes... He was suspended on 25 August. He had taken leave for two days and he went back... He was suspended.
Suko said, he wanted to know whether the suspension was linked to the lecturer's appearance before the court and indicated that if it was it would be viewed less, suggesting it could be seen as 'retaliation'.
The issue of suspension of the lecturer was raised in the court on behalf of senior advocate Kapil Sibal. Sibal told the court that Bhatt had taken leave for two days to appear in the court, but he was suspended as soon as he returned. Sibal said it is not right, I am sure AG will look into the matter. SG Tushar Mehta talked about presenting the documents related to the suspension in the court.
SG Tushar Mehta said, I have gathered information about this matter after reading in the newspaper. What is being said in the newspapers may not be completely true. He said there are other issues as well. He has appeared in many courts. We can present it before the court. On this Kapil Sibal said, then he was already to be suspended, but why now? This is not the way democracy works.
Kapil Sibal said, Bhatt appeared on August 24 and was suspended the very next day. He presented the suspension order issued on August 25, interfering with SG Tushar Mehta.
What did the CJI say?
CJI DY Chandrachud said, any person who has appeared before this court has been suspended. The CJI has asked AG R Venkataramani to investigate the matter. The Chief Justice said that talk to Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and see what has happened. If it is a different case then it is another matter, but why did this whole incident happen shortly after appearing in the court?
Zafoor Ahmed Bhatt gave an argument?
Lecturer Zafoor Ahmed Bhatt raised questions on the manner in which Article 370 was removed from Jammu and Kashmir. Bhatt emphasized that he was facing difficulties in explaining the Indian Constitution and democracy to the students. He told the court, when we go to teach the principles of the Constitution to the students of Jammu and Kashmir, it is very challenging for a teacher like me. Students sometimes ask very difficult questions. For example, after what happened on August 5, 2029, is there still democracy? Bhatt said- It is very difficult for me to answer such questions.
