Only those women who are official voters of Delhi can avail the benefit of Mahila Samman Yojana. Only those women whose annual income is Rs 2.50 lakh or less can avail the benefit of this scheme. The maximum age limit is 60 years. If a woman has a four-wheeler, she will not get the benefit of this scheme.
