Mumbai, d. 9 January.In view of the increasing corona infection in Maharashtra, the state government has issued new guidelines. Under these guidelines, new strict restrictions have been implemented from 12 pm today (January 9, Sunday). Night curfew has been implemented from 11 pm to 5 am. Section 144 (Jamaavbandi) is in force from 5 am to 11 pm. That is, in a day, five or more people cannot gather at one place.
Before issuing the new guidelines of Corona, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray took stock of the situation related to Corona in the state. After this, he decided to impose new restrictions tomorrow (Saturday) to control the corona infection.
School-college closed till February 15, gym and beauty parlor now started at 50 percent capacity
Under the new guidelines and strict restrictions related to Corona, schools and colleges have been closed from Monday till February 15. School offices are allowed to remain open. There will be a ban on leaving the house without work. Grounds, Gardens, Tourist Places, Swimming Pools, Spas, Wellness Centers have been completely closed till further orders. Forts, museums, entertainment parks will also remain closed till further orders.
Let us tell you that on Saturday night, a guideline was issued to keep the gym and beauty parlor completely closed. Later it was improved and according to the revised guideline issued on Sunday afternoon, gyms and beauty parlors have been allowed to start with 50 percent capacity.
In public places, it will be mandatory to use masks while traveling and follow the preventive rules of Kovid. Punitive action has been ordered by the CM for breaking the rules. Fines up to fifty thousand and strict action have been directed for violating the Kovid rules.
Restrictions related to office, marriage, funeral, other programs
Apart from this, there will be a ban on those coming to meet in government offices. If necessary, written permission will have to be obtained from the head office. Work from home facility will be there in private offices. More than 50 percent of the people will not be allowed to come. Only the employees who have got the complete vaccination done in the office have been asked to call. Only 50 people will be allowed to attend marriage functions. The presence of 20 people is allowed for the last rites. 50 people will be allowed for social, religious, cultural and political events.
Rules related to hair cutting salon, shopping mall, restaurant, cinema hall
Hair cutting salons will start at 50 percent capacity. They will be closed from 10 pm to 7 am. Shopping malls and complexes will start at 50 percent capacity. Hotel-restaurants will start at 50 percent capacity. All these will be closed from 10 pm to 8 am. In case of restaurant, home delivery will start 24 hours. Theaters and cinema halls will start at 50 percent capacity. Only people who have got complete vaccination here will get entry. Cinema halls will remain closed from 10 pm to 8 am.
Know the rules related to travel
For travel by domestic flights, train, road, it will be necessary to have RT-PCR report or complete vaccination before 75 hours. This rule will also apply to the driver, staff and cleaner. It will be necessary to have a complete vaccination for traveling in Mumbai local train and public transport. There is no mention of any rules regarding religious places.
