"Annual Reunion of Journalists Honoring the meritorious,
Nagpur, Dt. May 3- The State Information Commissioner of Nagpur Rahul Pandey has announced that a workshop for journalists will soon be held jointly by the Information Commissionerate of the State Government and Journalists' Association.
He was speaking as the chief guest at the annual reunion of Nagpur Shramik Journalist Sangh, Journalist Bhavan Trust and Journalist Club of Nagpur. Journalists who won awards and posts in the last year and children of journalists who achieved good results in exams were felicitated by Pandey. Devesh Gondane (Loksatta), Mahesh Updev (Samana), Paritosh Sanam (Hitvad), Tikaram Sahu (Bhaskar), Rajeshwar Thackeray (Loksatta), Surabhi Shirpurkar (Lokmat Digital) etc. are included in the honorees.
Rajesh Durugkar's orchestra entertained the families of the journalists present at the press club on Maharashtra Day. Journalists Ram Bhakere and Naresh Dongre also performed songs.
Journalist Association President Brahma Shankar Tripathi, General Secretary Shirish Borkar, Trust Vice President Vishwas Indorekar, Trustees Vinod Deshmukh, Prabhakar Dupare, Ganesh Shirole, Manish Soni and many journalists and their families were present on the occasion.
