Covid Hospital with 200 beds for children in the new building of the university

Nagpur, Dec 5: The third wave of corona is believed to be a potential threat to children. The Nagpur Municipal Corporation is trying to pre-plan Covid Hospital for children in a timely manner. In this regard, Mayor Dayashankar Tiwari visited the campus of Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University's Jamnalal Bajaj new administrative building. Vice Chancellor Dr. Sanjay Dudhe was present on this occasion.

Nagpur Municipal Corporation is proposing a 200-bed Covid Hospital for children. Currently, the Nagpur University office is located on the ground floor. The first, second and third floors are equipped with 150 oxygen beds and 50 ICUs. A hospital for bedridden children is proposed. The building has large halls and rooms. Arrangements will also be made for parents to stay here. There will also be a TV set for the entertainment of children. In which they will be shown a cartoon film. There will be cartoon pictures on the wall. Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Devendra Fadnavis will provide all the equipment required for the hospital. Municipal Corporation will provide water, oxygen and beds. Specialist doctors will also be provided for the children.
