Prohibition of admission of corona patients in private hospitals without permission of Mumbai Municipal Corporation

MUMBAI: The Mumbai Municipal Corporation (MMC) will have to seek permission from the coroners to be admitted to a private hospital in Mumbai like the second wave. Mumbai Municipal Corporation has given such instructions to private hospitals. With the arrival of the third wave of corona, the Mumbai Municipal Corporation has started taking steps to alleviate the shortage of beds. Private hospitals have been asked to provide 80 per cent covid beds. It will also make it mandatory for private hospitals to charge rates as directed by the government.

 
The municipal administration is ready as the threat of corona has increased in Mumbai. In order to ensure timely treatment of patients, the administration has strongly advised hospitals not to admit coronaviritis in private hospitals without the permission of the municipality like the second wave. For this, the corporation has recently announced regulations for private hospitals. In addition to increasing the number of beds, the municipality has also instructed private hospitals to keep ICU wards ready for patients.
The peak point of the third wave of corona in India is expected to be seen in the third week of January, scientists said.

During the day yesterday, 90 thousand 928 corona cases were registered in the country. Similarly, 325 patients have died. Also in the country there has been an explosion of the daily disrupted number of corona. The daily disturbance has increased by almost 56 per cent.
