Thackeray group, Congress in Nagpur shock; Many office bearers join Shiv Sena Shinde group
Nagpur News: In Nagpur, Shiv Sena Shinde group has given a shock to Congress and Thackeray group. Former MP Datta Meghe's close associates have joined Shiv Sena Thackeray group. This party entry took place in the presence of Minister of State Ashish Jaiswal.
Former Deputy Mayor Raghunath Malikar, former corporator Pushpa Malikar, Dilip Madavi, Durga Rehpade along with office bearers of Congress, NCP, Thackeray group, MNS and other parties joined Shiv Sena Shinde group.
The former Deputy Mayor and 6 former corporators joined the Shinde group trusting the leadership of Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. Speaking to the media, Minister of State Ashish Jaiswal said, "Shiv Sena corporators must be elected to the Municipal Corporation. Not only the leaders who joined today, but many are still in contact with me and will join the party soon."
This political development in Nagpur is adding to the strength of Shiv Sena. It can also have a big impact on the equations of the upcoming municipal elections. Therefore, the Shinde group is seen in an aggressive posture in Nagpur politics.
