Two groups opened fire over old rivalry, 4 killed
Gurdaspur. Four people were killed in a shootout between two groups in Punjab's Gurdaspur district over old rivalry. Police gave this information on Monday. Police said that the incident took place on Sunday night at Lighanwala Chowk in Sri Hargobindpur, Batala. There were a total of 13 people in both the groups and all are residents of Vithwan village.
Batala Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Ashwini Gotyal said that two people each from both the groups were killed in the firing.
