13-year-old girl tortured while supporting cancer treatment; Outrageous incident in Badlapur

Since she wanted to come to Mumbai for treatment, a 27-year-old man living in a nearby village supported her and rented a house in Badlapur. Meanwhile, taking advantage of the opportunity, he had physical relations with the cancer victim three to four times. She became pregnant. This matter came to light during her treatment. After this, an FIR under the POCSO Act was registered at Kasturba Police Station in Mumbai and it was transferred to Badlapur East Police Station. However, in order to save the accused during the investigation of this crime, the victim girl and her family members fabricated false stories to the police twice.
But this fabrication was identified by Assistant Commissioner of Police Shailesh Kale, Senior Police Inspector Kiran Balwadkar of Badlapur East Police Station and Police Inspector Rajesh Gajjal and they thoroughly questioned the victim's family. Finally, they told the truth and after one and a half months after the police registered the case, the murder accused Suraj Singh was arrested from Bihar, Deputy Commissioner of Police Sachin Gore has informed. Accused Suraj Singh has currently been sent to judicial custody.
